Stability-first placements for young people with complex needs.
We reduce placement risk through consistent, trauma-informed support – using structured routines, predictable communication, and regulation strategies that drive measurable progress over time.
Specialist Support for Complex Needs
We provide a stabilising pathway for young people at risk of placement breakdown, combining trauma-informed care with rigorous professional reporting.
Who We Support
We specialise in caring for young people with significant trauma histories, emotional dysregulation, or high-risk behaviours. Our service is specifically designed to step in when a placement is at risk of breakdown, providing the safety needed to reset.
Our Stabilisation Model
By maintaining strict consistency, daily routines, and calm communication, we help young people learn to regulate their emotions. This structured approach directly reduces critical incidents and leads to a sustainable, stabilised placement.
Transparent Reporting
We prioritise "joined-up" working through clear updates and review-ready summaries. We ensure that every incident is analysed for learning, giving you the comprehensive data you need to make informed decisions.
Our Pathway to Stability
We guide young people through a clear, three-stage journey designed to move them from immediate risk to long-term resilience.
Match & plan
We start by understanding the young person’s history, risks, and what they need to feel safe - especially where there have been trauma impacts, placement breakdowns, and emotional dysregulation.
Stabilise
We stabilise young people through consistent, trauma-informed support - structured routines, wellbeing activities, and calm communication that reduces incidents, builds regulation, and prevents escalation.
Progress
Once stability improves, we focus on long-term progress through education re-engagement, positive relationships, and realistic future goals - building confidence, independence, and a safer path forward.
Delivering Stability Through Structure
Our delivery model addresses every aspect of a young person’s life, moving them from crisis to consistency through four key pillars.
Voice & Choice
We don't just "manage" young people; we partner with them. We match support styles to their personality and ensure they are active participants in their own care plan.
Emotional Regulation
By establishing calm, predictable routines and using co-regulation techniques, we lower anxiety levels and help young people build the skills to manage their own emotions.
Risk & Safeguarding
We take a proactive approach to safety. Our teams are expert in identifying triggers, de-escalating incidents, and applying "incident learning" to prevent future risks.
Professional Alignment
We act as the bridge between families, social workers, and clinicians. We ensure "joined-up working" so that everyone involved has the same information and the same goals.
Evidence & reporting
We track what matters, in real time – so everyone stays aligned.

The Outcome That Counts Matters Changes lives
We provide a stabilising pathway for young people at risk of placement breakdown, combining trauma-informed care with rigorous professional reporting.
JS came to us as a highly vulnerable child in crisis following a placement breakdown. She presented with high levels of verbal aggression, property damage, threats towards staff, repeated absconding, and attempts to self-harm. At this point, JS was struggling to feel safe or stable.
Over just under a year, our CAMHS team provided a safe, stable environment and coordinated a placement move so JS could remain close to her mum, sister, and previous foster carer. We supported reunification with her mum through regular overnight stays and planned activities, including facilitating a holiday together to the Isle of Wight.
With consistent support, incidents reduced significantly, with long periods of several months without concerning behaviours. JS was also supported to re-engage with education after several years of non-attendance and transitioned safely to a regulated provider in December, enabling her to spend Christmas with people she trusted and had formed positive relationships with.
